Watch Out is a unique experiment in mass-marketed guerrilla filmmaking; it was shot entirely without permits, and its actors often doubled — in costume — as crew. Based on Joseph Suglia's novel, the film tells the story of Jonathan Barrows, a man who literally falls in love with himself. His homicidal spiral into narcissistic madness is accompanied by a host of unforgettable characters, from carnivorous priests and Polish prostitutes to a blow-up likeness of Barrows himself. Currently on the SF leg of its world tour (international stops include London and Reykjavik), Watch Out is guaranteed to be a bloody intriguing film experience.
